My Specialities

Career Coaching: I support you as you make tough decisions about your career like whether or not to leave a job or what you should do next. I also provide my expertise to support you throughout the entire job search process.

Leadership Coaching: I support you in your growth as a leader. We set goals together and also work on problems as they come up. We get clear on the type of leader you want to be and work together on getting you there.

Interview Prep: I help you prepare and feel confident for your upcoming interviews. I specialize in STAR interview prep and case study interview prep.

My Coaching Process

I take the time to get to know you and understand where you are and where you want to go. I ask you thought-provoking questions and see the best in you. We will create concrete goals and continually ensure you are on track to meet those goals. You will walk away from each coaching session with insights and actionable takeaways to help you reach your career goals.

My coaching style has been described as compassionate, curious, supportive, clarifying, insightful, and inspiring.

Coaching Packages

Each coaching package is tailored to you and your goals.

3 Months (7 sessions)

This is appropriate for working on shorter-term goals.

If you are looking for a job, this is helpful to provide support in part of the job search process, but not the entire process. For example, if you already know the types of jobs you are looking for, we would focus more on identifying transferable skills, finding jobs, applying for jobs, and interviewing.

6 Months (13 sessions)

Great for creating 6-month goals and executing on them. Also great for support in a new job and guiding you towards a promotion.

Sometimes the job search process can take 6 months and this ensures you have support every step of the way. This is appropriate If you want to explore all of your career possibilities, assess your values, strengths, and passions and then have dedicated support as you focus on the actual job search (resume, job search techniques, and interviewing).

Packages also include:

  • Goal Setting with a clear plan of action

  • Email support throughout the program

  • Notes from each coaching session

  • Assignments after each session to keep momentum moving forward

  • Resume review with feedback 

  • Interview preparation

  • Various career and leadership assessments

  • A unique Career Profile page specific for you

  • Identifying your transferable skills

  • Identifying the right jobs for you to apply to

  • Creating a job search that’s tailored to you
